Step 1: Enquiry & Information Gathering

Step 2: Campus Visit & Interaction (Optional but Recommended)

  • Schedule a Visit: We highly recommend scheduling a visit to our campus. This allows prospective students and parents to experience our vibrant learning environment firsthand, tour our facilities, and observe classes in session (if applicable and pre-arranged).

  • Meet the Admissions Team: During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet with our Admissions Counselor, who can answer your questions, provide further insights into our programs, and discuss your child’s specific needs.

Step 3: Application Form Submission

  • Obtain Application Form: The application form can be:

    • Collected in person from the school’s Admissions Office during working hours.

  • Complete the Form: Please fill out all sections of the application form accurately and completely.

  • Required Documents (Photocopies to be submitted with the application):

    • Student’s Birth Certificate

    • Aadhar Card of the student

    • Aadhar Card of both parents

    • Recent passport-sized photographs of the student (2 copies)

    • Recent passport-sized photographs of both parents (1 copy each)

    • Previous academic year’s report card/mark sheet (for admissions to Grade 1 and above)

    • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (to be submitted upon confirmation of admission)

    • Medical fitness certificate (if applicable)

    • Proof of residence (e.g., utility bill, rent agreement)

Step 4: Assessment & Interaction

Step 5: Admission Offer & Fee Payment

  • Offer of Admission: Successful applicants will receive an official “Offer of Admission” letter from the school.

  • Fee Payment: To confirm the admission, parents are required to pay the admission fee and the first installment of the tuition fee by the stipulated deadline mentioned in the offer letter. Details regarding fee payment methods and schedules will be provided.

Step 6: Enrollment & Orientation

  • Submission of Original Documents: Upon confirmation of admission and fee payment, parents will be required to submit the original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (if applicable) and any other pending documents.

  • Uniform & Books: Information regarding school uniforms, textbooks, and stationery will be provided.

  • Orientation Session: Prior to the commencement of the academic year, an orientation session will be held for new students and parents. This session will provide essential information about school policies, academic programs, co-curricular activities, and an opportunity to meet teachers and key staff members.

  • Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to the availability of seats in the desired grade level.

  • The school reserves the right to deny admission if the child does not meet the admission criteria or if false information is provided.
